Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications
- College level or graduate of any course.
- Above average verbal English communication skills.
Reponsibilities
Call Center Operations:
- Complies with required shift schedules and login hours, with adherence to break schedules and after call work in order not to disrupt operations as forecasted.
- Takes first level of contact to settle customer complaints, concerns and issues in an efficient manner· Provides correct and accurate information regarding customers' inquiries.
- Comply with the early in schedules and overtime requirements, if needed by Business Unit Operations.
- Responsible for taking care of company properties and equipments by ensuring that the necessary equipments are in proper operating mode or reporting any damages found.
Quality Call Handling Monitoring
- Attends regular briefing regarding information updates.
- Ensures quality call handling, adhering to set standards for operations.
- Ensures that all information communicated to the caller is correct and updated.
Interpersonal and Discipline
- Observes and follow Company and Client policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned or required by the job.
